Verallia in South America: a new General Manager

La Défense, September 3, 2018 – Verallia has announced the appointment, effective as of September 3, of Quintin Testa Dominguez as General Manager of Verallia in South America. He takes over the reins from Aleixo Falci who is retiring. Quintin Testa Dominguez will become a member of the Group’s Executive Committee.

Born in 1967, Quintin Testa Dominguez began his professional life in 1989 as Quality Assurance General Manager at Nissan Motors in Mexico. In 1999, he joined Nemak in Mexico as Operations Director. Four years later, in 2003, he joined Valeo where he held the Group Quality and Project Management Director positions and from 2015, held there the position of Vice President of the Powertrain Transmission Product Group.

Quintin Testa Dominguez graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Monterrey Tech, Mexico and holds a Master’s in Quality and Productivity.

Verallia is located in 3 South American countries - Brazil, Argentina and Chile – where it employs around 1,300 people.

Verallia’s manufacturing set-up in Brazil includes 3 plants in the south-west of the country (São Paulo, Porto Ferreira and Campo Bom). Verallia Brasil is a major player on the beer, still and sparkling wines market. The business is also positioned on the spirits segment – cachaça, for example - as well as the food and soft drinks market.

Verallia also has a plant in Mendoza, Argentina and a plant in Rosario, Chile, focused more on serving the wine market.
